Connie projects have a fresh look. See your team, dates and signing activity at a glance, and learn how to set up access, templates and signers.
Every production starts the same way. You set up a project in a hurry, with a name and a few quick details, because the shoot is next week and the contracts need to go out.
Then life happens.
A freelance producer joins the team and needs access. The job number arrives late. The working title changes for the third time. The commissioner adds an extra shoot day, and suddenly there are new crew contracts to send. An editor comes on in post and needs the same paperwork as everyone else.
None of this means you did something wrong. It’s just how productions grow.
In Connie, a project works like a folder for everything contract related. It holds the contracts you create and the signatures you collect. That is why we gave projects a fresh look. Film contract management should feel calm, and now it’s cleaner and easier to scan.
What's new in Connie projects
We've improved the overview you land on when you open a project. Think about why you open a project in the first place. Usually it's a quick check. Did the location release come back? Has the new crew member signed yet? Who is the owner on this one again?
Now the answers are right there, all on one page.
The header tells you what this project is. Cover image, name, description and project period, front and center. You can also see who the project belongs to and whether it's invite only, so there are no surprises about who can get in.
The status tiles tell you where things stand. Drafts, pending, signed, expired, rejected and archived, each with a clear count. Who signed? Who's still pending? One look, and you know.
The project team is next to it. Names, roles, titles and phone numbers. Need to reach the line producer? You don't have to go looking.
Live View shows the latest signing activity. Who created a draft, who signed, and which document it was about. Want the full list? Hit See all.
And when you're ready to make something, New Document and New SignPage are waiting in the top right corner.
Less searching. More creating.
Why a tidy project matters
Your production paperwork lives in one spot. Contracts, releases, crew agreements and everything around them. When that spot is easy to read, it's easier to keep right.
Clear access means the right people see the right contracts. A short list of templates means fewer wrong turns. A default signer saves a click every time you send something out for eSignature.
Small things, but they add up over a production.
