Agency Company makes social media content for some of Denmark's biggest brands. Here's what a shoot day actually looks like.
It's a sunny day in Aarhus. Anders, the producer, is standing at a petrol station with a list of shots to get through. He's together with Magnus, who works as a host for A Gen Z Company. Together they are creating social media content for the petrol station's accounts. They're not worried. It usually goes pretty well.
Fredrik is co-founder, Oskar is managing director. Together they built and work at A Gen Z Company, helping some of Denmark's biggest companies make social media content that actually works. Fredrik finds the clients, the talent, keeps things moving. Oskar makes sure it all holds together.

The idea behind the A Gen Z is straightforward: most companies that want to reach Gen Z audiences don't have anyone in-house who knows how to do it. So they go looking. And they find A Gen Z Company, a team that doesn't just understand that audience, they are that audience.
"Most companies hire us to speak to Generation Z. Because we are Generation Z."
Out on location, Magnus is doing exactly that. He's the face that shows up in the content, chatting with people at a petrol station for a video, making it feel spontaneous and real. TikTok has always been the spearhead, but what works there tends to work everywhere: Instagram Reels, Facebook Watch, YouTube Shorts. The creative logic is the same. The formats are just different containers.
Between the shots
Filming real people in real situations is what makes the content work. It's also what makes consent non-negotiable. The moment someone appears on camera, there's an obligation, and for a team producing this much content, for clients this size, that obligation needs a proper system behind it.
Anders handles it on the spot. Right after a clip is filmed, he stops the person and asks them to scan a QR code and sign off. Quick, clear, done before the next shot is set up. All the consent declarations go straight into Connie, stored and retrievable whenever anyone needs them.
"They just need to sign to confirm it's okay they're in it. Otherwise there are a lot of problems. And it's in Connie that we store all the consent declarations. It just works."
That's the A Gen Z Company rhythm. Move fast, make it real, have the admin sorted before anyone has to ask.
