Chasing signatures is tedious and time-consuming. Connie sends the reminders for you, and now you can pause or send them yourself.

Pause them, send them, or let Connie handle it.

You send out a contract on Friday. Tuesday morning, one signer still hasn’t signed it.

Connie would now automatically send a reminder, but is that really what you want in this moment? What if the person is on holiday, or you just send the a text message to their phone, or you simply want to wait a bit…

That’s the moment our new reminder options are made for. You can now pause the automatic reminders Connie sends and you can decide when you would like to send an additional reminder manually.

What are reminders in Connie?

When you create an individual agreement, Connie sends automated reminders to the people who still need to sign. You don’t have to chase anyone. Connie does the polite nudging for you up to 5 times. You can always see when the next reminder is send out, when you enter the pending document and take a look at the overview on the right side.

That part hasn’t changed. What’s new is that you now have more say in how it happens.

What’s new

You can now do two things:

  • Pause reminders. Need things to go quiet for a while? Pause them.

  • Send a reminder manually. Want to nudge someone right now? Send it yourself.

You find both of these options, when you enter the pending document and take a look at the right side.

When you’ll want to use them

Here are the moments you’ll probably reach for these:

  • Your signer is away. Pause reminders so they don’t land in a full inbox after the holiday.

  • You’ve already talked to them. A quick call or message is done, so Connie can stay quiet for now.

  • The deadline just got closer. Don’t wait for the next automatic reminder. Send one yourself.

  • Something is changing in the contract. Pause until it’s settled, so nobody gets nudged about the wrong version.

  • You just want to be the one to ask. Sometimes a manual reminder feels more personal. Fair enough.

Small control, but it keeps the tone of your reminders what you want it to be.
